Dr. Gallagher is available to provide consultation to attorneys and other mental health professionals regarding the intersection of mental health issues and the law. She has an in-depth knowledge of case law as it relates to mental health issues before the court, as well as the ethics and best practices of forensic mental health assessment. As the director of a university-based forensic psychology fellowship program she was often sought out by attorneys and other professionals in the community for this knowledge.
